How do I get started?

As a new Paragon Fitness member, you will be offered a complimentary 45 minute session with one of our personal trainers.  The session includes a brief orientation of our well equipped weights and cardio studios as well as a  personalised program and instruction on how to use the equipment and perform the exercises safely and effectively.

Appointments are essential.

If you enjoy the option of working out at your own pace and at any time of the day, the gym and cardio facilities are ideal for you.

Hint:
Introduce a fitness centre to your lifestyle gradually. Try for 1-2 visits per week initially and slowly build to a level that can be maintained.
