Deluxe Cardio Studio

Located on the first floor, our deluxe cardio studio is very impressive featuring over 40 pieces of the latest 'sci-fit' cardio equipment. This well equipped, modern studio offers a great selection of bikes, cross trainers, elipticals, rowers, versa climber and eighteen treadmills (four with their own plasma screen) providing excellent variety and plenty of equipment to choose from - there's even five plasma TV screens to help you enjoy your workout!

Weights Studio

Adjacent to the cardio studio is our enormous purpose built weights studio. This studio is equipped with top quality 'Maxim Evolution' resistance equipment featuring the revolutionary 'Kevlar belt' technology. It offers great options for all weights exercises with a huge array of pin-loaded equipment and a spacious open free weights area with a choice of adjustable benches and double ups of all dumb bells up to 40kgs
